Este año hemos vuelto a Menorca, hacía ya cuatro años que no iba y me ha encantado!
Es una isla preciosa, muy tranquila y con unas playas que son auténticos paraísos! Para llegar a la mayoría de ellas es necesario caminar un poco, pero os aseguro que el paseo merecerá realmente mucho la pena!!
Si vais a ir este verano, tened en cuenta que hasta el mes de octubre el único modo de llegar a Cala Macarella es en autobús (también podéis andar o ir en bici, pero está bastante lejos). El acceso en coche o moto no está permitido, y los autobuses mejor reservadlos con tiempo, porque las plazas se agotan y son limitadas!
Las fotos que os enseño hoy están tomadas en Ciudadela y el cala Mitjana. La ciudad me encanta, es pequeñita pero con un gran encanto, nos alojamos cerca del centro y creo que es una opción super recomendable, estás cerca de muchos sitios para cenar o tomar algo, y al final siempre necesitaréis un medio de transporte para llegar a las playas.
Nosotros cogimos un coche de alquiler con Tramuntana rent a car y estuvimos encantados! Creo que es la forma más cómoda y rápida de moverse por Menorca.
Las fotos de la cala están hechas en Mitjana, una de nuestras favoritas, arena fina y blanca y aguas cristalinas. Tiene un encanto especial porque está rodeada de vegetación.

This year we returned to Menorca, I had not been going for four years and I loved it!
It’s a beautiful island, very quiet and with beaches that are authentic paradises! To reach most of them it’s necessary to walk a little, but I assure you that the walk will really be worth it!!
If you are going to go this summer, keep in mind that until the month of October the only way to get to Cala Macarella is by bus (you can also walk or go by bike, but it’s quite far). Access by car or motorbike is not allowed, and buses are best reserved with time, because seats are exhausted and limited!
The photos that I show you today are taken in Ciudadela and Cala Mitjana. I love the city, it’s tiny but with great charm, we stay near the center and I think it is a highly recommended option, you are close to many places to dine or drink, and in the end you will always need a means of transportation to get to beaches.
We took a rental car with Tramuntana rent a car and we were delighted! I think it’s the most comfortable and fastest way to get around Menorca.
The photos of the cove are made in Mitjana, one of our favorites, fine white sand and crystal clear waters. It has a special charm because it is surrounded by vegetation.
