I already told you that our arrival airport on this trip was Frankfurt.

After our visit to the French zone, we took the train back to Germany, to spend approximately a day and a half in the city of Frankfurt!

We were lucky enough to stay at the Selection Frankfurt City hotel of the Flemings hotels chain. It was a true luxury. We were just a ten minute walk from the areas I liked most in the city, the Römerberg square and the river promenade.

The hotel is very modern, its rooms are perfectly equipped with everything necessary to make the stay unforgettable, the beds are very comfortable and also from our room we enjoy beautiful views of some of the skyscrapers of the city. I share some photos for you to see first hand.

Speaking of views, what not even a joke you can miss is the Luginsland, it’s the roof top restaurant of the hotel, you can go for dinner, which we did and if you can totally recommend it since the food is frankly delicious, but if not, at least go up and have a drink in the cocktail area, the views are amazing!! I also leave you photos so you can see it.

As I said our visit was very fast, but we took a pretty good perspective of the Römerberg square, the river, the mainhattan (this is how the skyscraper view is known), the most financial area and the most commercial streets.

There are many charming shopping centers and cafés that will be a good plan if the cold (or heat) becomes too intense!

Here of course we tried the typical sausages of Frankfurt!

It’s a city of contrasts that has surprised me, I hope you like and serve you, many kisses!
